April 1998

The Jocelyn West project has been mastered. It's a beautiful album and will contain music of the 12th Century written by German abbess, poet and composer Hildegard von Bingen.

David Lynch's Picture Factory will be producing a new TV series based on The Residents' Bad Day on the Midway for Ron Howard's Imagine TV. The project is in the earliest stages of development and a pilot is not expected to air before the fall of 1999.

March 1998:

Press Release for Woodcutters From Fiery Ships, the interactive game David Lynch will be creating.

March 11:
The DVD project has nothing to do with TWIN PEAKS. Again, it is not a Twin Peaks sequel! It's said to be a never been seen before experience.
Besides it is good to know that this project will not infringe on David Lynch's film making plans. The project, and any film will co-exist.

March 9:
TOKYO (Nikkei)-Synergy Inc., a Tokyo-based multimedia contents production firm, will team up with Kokusai Denshin Denwa Co. (KDD) and another Japanese partner to produce a 3-D movie featuring advanced computer graphics, company officials said. The movie will be made jointly with U.S. director David Lynch

January 1998:

There is no truth to the rumored legal trouble with CIBY 2000. David Lynch's new company The Picture Factory is currently developing several film and TV projects. Features they are developing and David Lynch will executive produce include: AMNESIA MOON by Jonathan Lethem, THE BIG BLOW by Joe Lansdale, THE LIGHTHOUSE AT THE END OF THE WORLD by Stephen Marlowe.

The most exciting however is an ambitious interactive project that'll be announced in the next few weeks. David Lynch will be creating an experience that will change the gaming world. It will most likely be delivered on DVD and utilize the internet for a handful of purposes.

Please keep in mind that all these projects are still in development.
